自家用唐辛子

辛いものが好きな私は家庭菜園で唐辛子を作っています。

今年の唐辛子もほぼ乾燥が終わり、粉末にしました。

右半分はまだ乾燥途中

ミキサーで粉砕します

 

粗挽き唐辛子できあがり

 

来年の夏くらいまではもつかな？？
